March 11, 1896, she married Fred Brasted in Steuben Co NY. Fred was a farmer owning his own farm. He was the son of William and Lydia (Cross) Brasted. Anna and Fred had no children. She died young of diabetes at 28, and Fred eventually was married again to Ella Leigh Saxton.
Anna's father had the large family stone erected on this site when Anna died. Then just the next year his wife, Elizabeth died also. He was to be buried here, but plans changed and he with Fred, Delmar, and Flossie moved to Seattle Washington.
