Born May 3, 1956, in Peoria to Roy and Erma Jean Ragsdale Brashers, he married Rebecca Enloeon July 8, 1978, in East Peoria.
She survives, along with his parents of Washington; his grandmother, Mrs. Vircy Ragsdale of Buffalo, Mo.; one son, Justin, and one daughter, Linda, both at home; one brother, Michael Lee Brashers of Washington; and one sister, Mrs. Mike (Debbie) Hargis of Washington.
He was a bus driver for Howard Bus Lines for eight years and an avid photographer. He also was a member of the Roland Manor Baptist Church in East Peoria.
Burial will be at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
