Mrs. Brantley, a lifelong resident of Washington County, had retired from J.P. Stephens Co. and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Forest Lee Brantley; two daughters, Betty Jean Williams, Riddleville, and Melissa Morrison, Sandersville; six sisters, Helen Dye, Sandersville, Ruby Lord, Tennille, and Hattie Powell, Mert Jenkins, Dessie Story and Mildred Pasley, all of Thomaston; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Randy Lord, Buddy Sanders, Lyman Yates, Jimmy Dunn, Tom Mingledorf, Glen Williford and Fred Morrison.
