Frank M. Brannen Died in Wisconsin
Pendleton, Aug. 2, ---Frank M. Brannen, age 53, father of Mrs. Everett Owens, of Pendleton, died Sunday at Fort Atkinson, Wis., according to word received here last night. The body arrived in Pendleton today from Wisconsin. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Davis and Sloan funeral home and burial will be in Grovelawn. Mr. Brannen formerly lived near Elwood.

Frank Brannen, 54, former Elwood glass worker, died suddenly of heart trouble at his home in Fort Atkinson, Wis., Monday night according to a message received by a sister, Mrs. Anna Kahler, residing at 426 North Tenth street.
Mr. Brannen resided in Elwood for a number of years and was employed at the Macbeth Evans Glass Company plant. He left here fourteen years ago.
His wife died several years ago. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Kahler, and Mrs. Mary Lynch of Pittsburgh, Pa., and one daughter, Mrs. Everett Owens, of Pendleton.
The body was removed to the home of the daughter, in Pendleton this morning and funeral services will be conducted there tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, followed by burial in the Pendleton cemetery.
