Lydia was one of eight children born to this union, i.e.: Alva H. Brandt, Mary Alvena Elizabeth Elsie Brandt (McCabe), Minnie Helen Brandt (Musson), Esther L. Brandt (Schultz), Margaret Marie Brandt (McCosh), Wilma Francis Brandt (Koontz) and Beulah Henrietta Brandt (Allen).
She married Glen L. Boehm on December 28, 1924 and they had the following children: Glen L. Boehm, Jr., Walter Richard Boehm, Harold Wayne Boehm, Everett Dean Boehm, Ralph Allan Boehm, Margie Ann Boehm (Florey).
Lydia lived to be 104 years old and lived in her own home until the last year preceding her death. Her 100th birthday was celebrated in July, 2004 with a gathering of family and friends. The photo was taken at the 100th birthday celebration.
Lydia died on August 8, 2008 and is buried in Hubbartt Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
