Bailey was born Oct. 23, 1990, in Pampa and had been a lifelong Skellytown resident. She attended preschool through the fifth grade at Skellytown and White Deer. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Skellytown.
Bailey touched everyone's life who came in contact with her. She loved her family, friends and her church. She loved to shop, sing and cook. She was full of school spirit and encouraged everyone. Bailey loved the color purple."
