Son of William J. and Mary M. (Clark) Braim; husband of Henrietta (Hansel) Braim.

Obituary -

"Walter Braim. The funeral of Walter Braim, 54, florist, who died Apr. 30, 1942, in his home, 618 Saratoga, will be Monday afternoon from his home with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
He was born here Oct. 22, 1887, a son of the late William J. and Mary Clark Braim. He attended Utica schools and entered his father's florist business, which he conducted until the time of his recent illness.
He was a member of the Church of the Redeemer, and of these organizations: Skenandoa Lodge 95, IOOF, in which he was a past noble grand; Utica Rebekahs 157, Imperial Court of the Amaranth 17, Trymont Encampment 24, Oriental Lodge 224, F&A.M., Mohawk Consistory and Ziyara Temple.
In 1911 he married Henrietta Hensel (sic), who died in 1930. In 1933 he married Margaret Roberts, who survives.
Also surviving are three nephews and an aunt."
