From the newspaper obit: "Tuesday evening at 11:50 o'clock, February 25, 1925, at a local infirmary, Mrs. Malissa Catherine Brady, wife of J. H. Bloodworth, in the 70th year of her age. Survived by her husband, daughters, Mrs. C.F. Wittenmeier, Mrs. J. B. Harper, Mrs. E.O.Bolin, and Mrs. John Hulan; two sons, J.F. and R.L. Bloodworth, and one brother, Matthew Brady. Interment Hicks Burial Grounds." This cemetery is now known as the Randall-Parker cemetery in Scottsboro, TN. Cause of Death: Peritonitis, due to a Ruptured Appendix.
