She was married to Thomas Brady, Sr (sculptor who designed the Lion of Atlanta monument in the Oakland Cemetery, founder of the Georgia Marble Company, and Mayor of Canton) and mother of Lieutenant Thomas Brady, Jr (the first Cherokee County citizen to die in World War I).

The monument in their family plot at River View is the grandest in the cemetery.
