Death came very suddenly to a little granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.N. Brady, of this place, at 12 last Saturday, May 29th. The infant, in playing about the house, had secured from a drawer some pills, and died in a short time after swallowing them. The family made every possible effort to save the life of the child, but nothing could be done.
The infant was the child of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Brady and was one year and six months old. The parents, grandparents and a brother and sister, Max and Jean, survive.
At the funeral the little casket was carried by Maxine Bohren, Anna and Clara Biggie and Esther Brocheys, and the flowers were carried by Frances Biggie. Burial was made in the Reynoldsville cemetery.
