Ada Belle Blakey Bradshaw, 68, of 1304 Summit St., died at 9:17 p.m. Monday in Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Babbage Funeral Home with the Rev. E.D. Brown II officating and burial in Cave Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
A native of Hopkinsville, she was born July 3, 1924, the daughter of the late George Washinton and Nannie Humphries Blakey. She was a retired cook at the Holiday Inn and was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Virgil Bradshaw; three sons, Thomas W. Greene Jr., Joseph Bradshaw and Virgil Bradshaw III, all of Hopkinsville; four daughters, Frances L. Catlett, Sharon E. Hawkins, Jacquelyn Cushenberry and Theresa D. Thomas, all of Hopkinsville; three sisters, Essie L. Blakey, Hopkinsville, Rozetta Hopkins and Mary E. Prince, both of Louisville; 28 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
