Carol J. Braden, a resident of Sulphur was born November 25, 1936 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Cecil M. and Clarice E. (McAnally) She passed away Tuesday June 4, 2013 at Edmond, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years 6 months and 9 days. She was married to Don Braden at Gainesville,Texas on June 10, 1955. He preceded her in death April 20, 2013. She grew up in Ardmore where she graduated from High School. She had lived in Sulphur since 1959. She had worked with her husband in the car dealership and as a legal secretary for Phil Hurst.
She was a member of the Central Church Fellowship of Believers.
She was also preceded in death by ber parents.

Survived by her Daughter & son-in-law: Jane & Phil Loafman of Edmond, OK.
Son & daughter-in-law: Tim & Connie Braden of Auburn, AL. Brother & sister-in-law: Don & Laverne Jackson of Abilene, TX. Sister: Norma Mullins of Rogers AR.
Grandchildren: Kathryn Loafman, Aaron Braden and Kristen Loafman,
Great Grandchild: Pierson Meindertsma.

Services will be held Saturday June 8, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Sulphur United Methodist Church officiated by Thomas Thompson and Danny Hilliard. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of DeArman's Clagg Funeral Home
