Robbers Are Believed to Have Killed P. L. Bozarth, 53, Near an Ozark Camp
SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Aug. 6 AP---Officers today believed robbery was the motive for the slaying of Pearl L. Bozarth, 53, owner of a poultry medicine manufacturing concern, whose body was found on a lonely road in Taney county Saturday. He had been shot twice through the head and his pockets ransacked.
Corner B. Thornhill said Bozarth was known to carry large sums of money but only 95 cents was found in his pockets. Bozarth is said to have made his home at a St. Louis hotel.
