Died Wednesday, May 4, 1983, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 71, a native of Centreville, Miss., and a resident of Baton Rouge.
Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Religious services at Istrouma Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Thursday, conducted by Dr. Jim Bain. Graveside services at 4 p.m. Thursday in Oaklawn Cemetery, Centreville.
Survived by her husband, G. Edward Boyer, Baton Rouge; a son, Ray Boyer, Baton Rouge; a sister, Sallie Anderson, Centreville; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, Frank A. and Annie H. Hodges.
She was a member of Istrouma Baptist Church.
