Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Betty and Chester Miller of Clearwater, Fla.; and two brothers, Lonnie Miller of Champaign and Rickie Miller of Springfield.
He worked for the Community Workshop and Training Center.
Graveside services will be at Springdale Cemetery.
