Norman Allison Boyd, 84, of Wesley, Arkansas, died August 21, 2015 at his home. He was born January 1, 1931 at Wesley, Arkansas, the son of Howard and Delphia Worley Boyd. He was a farmer and had retired from EPC in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was a member of the Richland Baptist Church and was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by one brother, Everett Boyd and one sister, Lena Boyd Pitts.

Survivors include: his wife, Carolyn Gage Boyd of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Donna Boyd of Bella Vista, Arkansas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Rhonda Jordan and Beverly and Robert Hodges, all of Wesley, Arkansas; one brother, Leonard Boyd of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one grandson, Jeremy Erwin of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Jessica Erwin of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one great-grandson, Jerry Hodges of Wesley, Arkansas and one great-granddaughter, Remi Erwin of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, August 24, at the Cherry Creek Cemetery near Wesley with The Reverends Eddie Samuels and Kent Boyd officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Gene Boyd, Howard Boyd, Terry Hodges, Harold Pitts, Bobby Pitts, Don Bradshaw, Kent Boyd, John Erwin and Joe Lingar. The family will receive friends from 3:00 P. M. to 5:00 P. M. on Sunday at the funeral home.
