Mr. Bowman was born June 30, 1880 at Stockbridge, Wis., and was married May 2, 1900 at Keahena to Lucy Chicks, who survives. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church at Morgan.
Survivors besides his wife include four daughters and three sons. They are: (Mary) Mrs. Louis Burr, Gresham; (Ella) Mrs. Bernard Besaw, Bowler; (Zena) Mrs. Miles Welsch, Bowler; Mrs. Lucille Corlyss of Milwaukee and Bowler; Francis and Orland Bowman of Bowler and Lawrence of Milwaukee.
A son, Perry, preceded his father in death in 1953.
