Conrad, better known as, Conerd was born to John Wesley Bowling and Elizabeth Hedrick Bowling on Feb. 13,1864. Sweeds Point, Boon Co., Iowa. He married 1st Lillie May Phillips on Aug.15,1889 in Lexington, Missouri. They had 7 children. He then married, Janie D. Howell Plyer in Lexington, M.O., on April 8,1915. There was 1 daughter born to this union. He was a member of 2 fraternal organizations, The Buckner I.D.O.F, and The Buckner Masons. Conrad was also a farmer, worked hard, and enjoyed it. he once entered the Okla. land race and had a track of land near Enid. Conrad passed away at his home in Levasy, Missouri at 12:05pm- Oct.17,1947
