Alice R. Doran Bowling, 88, of KCMO passed away on November 24, 2013. Visitation will be Friday November 29 from 6-8pm at Floral Hills with rosary at 7:30pm. Funeral service will be at Our Lady of Lourdes on Saturday November 30 at 10am with burial to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Bowling 1 daughter, Jean Marie Franklin; 2 brothers, and 1 sister. She is survived by 3 daughters, Karen Nagle (John), Teresa Planchock, Nancy Klossner (Mike); 1 son, Joseph Bowling (Michelle); 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and 1 brother, John G. Doran, CSC. Alice graduated from Redemptorist High School in 1942. She married William Bowling on July 19, 1947. They raised their 5 children in Gregory Heights in Raytown.
