Mr. Bouska farmed near Bladen until being forced to retire because of losing his eyesight. For the past 2 years he has lived at the Nelson Good Samaritan Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rosalie Koci.
Survivors include Lenora Stichka of Superior, Ida Rush of Shickley and Carolyn Miller of Segunda, Colorado and 7 nieces and 4 nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 1, 1974 at 10:00 a.m. in the Klawitter Funeral Home of Nelson with Pastor Victor Schwarz, Rena Ouding and Kay Hicks officiating. Interment was in the Blue Hill Cemetery.
Casketbearers were J.C. Rush, Joe Rush, William Stichka and Eugene Sole.
