In Stoughton, formerly of Carver and Brockton, July 9, 2013 Alfred E. Bourque husband of Mary (Silva) Bourque died at New England Sinai Hospital at the age of 81. Born in
Waltham, Alfred was the son of the late Alex and Amanda (Hebert) Bourque.
Alfred was in the National Guard then joined the US Navy serving from 1951-1955. He was a retired Cabinet Maker for Imperia Cabinets in Hanson. Alfred was a former assistant
leader for the Boy Scouts and enjoyed bowling and traveling.
Alfred was the father of Michael Bourque and his wife Janet of Waltham, Douglas Bourque and his wife Celeste of FL and Gary Bourque and his wife Heidi of Taunton. Grandfather of
five and brother of Janet Knight of South Weymouth. Sister in-law of Lillian Souza of West Weymouth.
A private graveside service was held at the Bourne National Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home in Taunton.
