Mrs. Lillian Christine Botts Fowler, age 91 of Dawsonville, GA, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014, at Embracing Hospice in Cumming, GA. She was born on Sunday, January 7, 1923 in Fannin County, GA. Mrs. Fowler was retired from Standard Cap and Seal Manufacturing Company. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry H. Fowler.
Survivors include, daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Charles Whitt of Dawsonville, GA; son, Larry Fowler of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Pauline Hopkins of MI; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Tom Jordan officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Airport Road, Copperhill, TN. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour of 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be made to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
