"A telegram received this noon [31 December 1934] announced the death of Mrs. Clyde J. Botkin, formerly of Hutchinson, at her home at Marceline, Mo., which occurred shortly before noon today.
"Mrs. Botkin was formerly Annette LeClerc, of Hutchinson. She was a sister of Mrs. Wm. Weeks, of this city. She had been ill for several months. The remains will be brought here for burial."
