Clair was born February 18, 1923, in Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Homer Andrew Boslet & Edna Marie Hill. Clair had 2 brothers (Faye & Bernie), and 2 sisters (Mary Jane & Sister Regina). Clair's brother Faye passed away February 17, 2007. Sadly Uncle Bernie passed away Sep. 24, 2008. And Aunt Mary Jane just passed Oct 22, 2011.
He married Artie Lou Moore on June 19, 1946, in Memphis, Tennessee. Artie was born October 28, 1927 in Hollys grove, Monroe County, Arkansas. Artie passed away February 06, 2007 in Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
Together Clair and Artie had 7 children; Karen, Pamela, Cheryl, Jannette, Patricia, Lonnie, and John. At the time of his death Clair also had 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Clair also served his country during World War II in the Marine Corp. After his military service he brought his bride back to his hometown of Altoona and went to work for SKF.
Clair was a wonderful and caring person. He was kind to anyone he knew and never said an unking word to anyone. He also passed away 1 day after his 60th wedding anniversary. A true testament of their love!
