Lois was born June 5, 1929 in Piatt County near Bement, Illinois, the daughter of Claude F. and Laura B. (Hensley) Sparks. She married Robert E. Borsay December 21, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. & Mrs. Borsay operated Hi-Lite Studio in Sullivan for several years and the Borsay Studio in Decatur. Prior to that, she was a secretary for many years. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and the Lois Club. She enjoyed gardening and painting.
She leaves behind Robert her beloved husband of over fifty-seven years, son, R. Greg Borsay and companion Shannon McColley of Decatur, granddaughter, Elizabeth Kathryn Borsay of Florissant, Missouri, brother, Morris Sparks and wife Ilene of Bement, and several nieces and nephews.
She was reunited in Heaven with her parents and brothers, Allan L. "Sparky" Sparks and Martin W. Sparks
