CAPT Charles O. Borgstrom, Jr was the 5th Commanding Officer of Navy Helicopter Attack (Light) Squadron Three, HA(L)-3 in Vietnam from 1971 to 1972, where he received the Legion of Merit, 2 Air Medals (Individual Action), 2 Air Medals (Strike/Flight) and numerous Unit Citations.
