Mr. Borgia was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 22, 1924.
He was a veteran of World War II serving in The US Army and received The Purple Heart for his services.
Mr. Borgia is survived by his wife, Anna Borgia; son, Philip (Carmen) Borgia; daughter, Andrea Rosario; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, John Borgia.
