Annie Border Blackburn, born January 9, 1860 in Napier township, died at her residence in Bedford, November 4, 1940, the daughter of George and Martha (Miller) Border and wife of J. E. Blackburn who preceded her in death in 1935.
Surviving are the following children: Mrs. John Williams, Rt. 1, Schellsburg; Ralph B. of Ocala, Florida; Jay of Cessna; Border of Zanesville, Ohio; and Mrs. Bernard Hershberger at home; two sisters, Mrs. McCullan Mentzer and Mrs. Lottie Griffith, both of Johnstown. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran church at Bedford. Interment will be made in the Schellsburg cemetery.
