James (Jimmy) Walker Boozel, aged 80 years, 201 Walnut street, died Monday 15 5:30 p.m. at his home. Born August 28, 1870, in Plaingrove, he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Boozel. All of his life was lived in Plaingrove until three years ago, when he moved to New Castle. Mr. Boozel, a retired farmer, was a member of Plaingrove I.O.O.F. lodge for 40 years. Survivors are: two sisters, Mrs. Mina McConnell, New Castle, and Mrs. Anna Allen, Sharon. A brother, Henry, preceded him in death in 1948. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. from Plaingrove Presbyterian church. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Cunningham funeral home, East Washington at Chestnut, today and Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
