HAZEL BOOTY BALL
A resident of Kentwood, she died Friday, Oct. 25, 2002, at her daughter's
residence near Pine Grove. She was 75 and a native of Mount Hermon.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday. Visitation at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m.
Monday. Interment in Morris-Booty Cemetery, Mount Hermon. Survived by a
daughter, Wilda Dean Dickerson, Pine Grove; two sons, Billy Davis,
Slaughter, and Jesse Davis, Greensburg; mother, Verna Booty, Mount Hermon;
two sisters, Frances Henry, Montalba, Texas, and Ann Magee, Lumberton,
Miss.; a brother, Gordon Booty, Mount Hermon; special friend, Leo Dykes;
seven grandchildren, Janet Leteff, Amy Norwood, Keith Cockerham, Stacey
Davis, Nathan Davis, Lindsey Bauer and Brad Davis; four stepgrandchildren,
Bill, Sherry, DeWayne and Christopher Dickerson; three great-grandchildren,
Heather Cockerham, Jaimie Leteff and Dustin Norwood; and three stepgreat-
grandchildren, Jaimie Sadaway, Daniel Dickerson and Dustin Dickerson.
Preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Davis; second husband, W.
Cecil Ball; father, William Booty; and two brothers, James Booty and
William Booty Jr.
