Mrs. Robert L. Bolick, 46, of 3158 E. Washington ave., injured Oct. 16 in a traffic accident on Highway 14, West of Middleton, died Wednesday in a local hospital. Her death was the 14th traffic fatality in Dane county, outside of Madison, this year. A neck fracture was found to have caused Mrs. Bolick's death.
Mrs. Bolick was the driver of a car in which her husband and John W. Falkenstein, 76, also of 3158 E. Washington ave., were riding. The Bolick car was struck from the rear by a car driven by Homer Pfanku, 35, Arena, traffic officers reported. Pfanku and his wife received bruises. Bolick and Falkenstein received minor injuries. Mrs. Bolick was an employee of Methodist hospital. She was born in Token Creek and had lived in Madison most of her life.
Survivors include her husband; one son, John Neisius, Boston, Mass.; her mother, Mrs. Maggie Bong, Madison; and a brother, John Bong, Madison. The body is at the Schroeder funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Robert L. Bolick, 46, of 3558 E. Washington ave., will be held Sunday at 2:30 in the Schroeder funeral home.
The Rev. Charles R. Polley, pastor of the Madison Bible Fellowship church, will officiate and burial will be in the Cottage Grove cemetery.
