Alphia McCoy Boney, 81, widow of Robert E. Boney, died Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at a local nursing center.
Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Ashby and Louise Barksdale McCoy. Mrs. Boney was a member of Crosswell Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Bubba McCoy.
