Alma Mildred Bone went to be with our Lord and Savior on the 16th day of June, 2008. Born January 29, 1915, Alma was 93 years old. During her life, Alma touched everyone she met and was very dear to her family and friends. She was very honored to serve as the Eastern Star Worthy Matron in the 1970s.
Alma was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Bone and her parents Charlie Mitchell and Consie Mitchell Thompson. Alma is survived by two sisters, Bonnie Green of Flagstaff, Arizona and Annona Bratton of Cabot; four children, Carolyn Bone of Bald Knob, Margaret Landis of Bald Knob, LaVan Bone of Texas, and Patsy Wallace of Benton; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
