Born October 26, 1905 at Meadow to Hyrum Jesse and Lovina Elizabeth Bushnell Bond. Married Medra Alice Labrum November 7, 1929 at Nephi. Later solemnized Manti LDS Temple. Lived at Clear Lake 1906-1928. Moved to Meadow. Active in community serving on Meadow Town Board and as Mayor. Served on Irrigation Board, read electric meters for 31 years. Meadow Orchestra saxophone player for years. High Priest in LDS Church.

Survived by wife, Meadow; Son, Terrill and Iris, Meadow; daughter, Mrs. Louise (Jerry) Warner, Fillmore; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Glayde (Donna) Edwards, Meadow; 12 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren; brother, H. L., Salt Lake City; sisters, Della Bennett, Delta; Viola Kelsey, Roosevelt, Venetta Kelsey, Provo. Preceded in death by son. Junior; brother, LeRoy, sister, Maesa Cropper.

Funeral service Saturday April 16, 1994 11 a.m. Meadow Ward Chapel. Friends call at Meadow Ward on Friday from 7-8 p.m. and at Church again on Saturday from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Burial in Meadow Cemetery under the direction of Nickle Mortuary.
