A. Lemar Bomberger, 46, Sinking Spring RD 6, was dead on arrival Thursday morning at the Bayonne (N.J.) Hospital, where he was taken after an apparent heart attack.
Bomberger, a truck driver for Berks Association INC., Douglasville, was stricken on the job. He had worked for the company two years.
Born in East Hanover Township, he was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of Calvary United Church of Christ in Lebanon and Gouglersville Fire Co.
In addition of his parents he is survived by his widow, Mary Lamm Bomberger; a daughter Patricia, wife of Roland Laughlion; three step sons; three sisters, Florence, Alma and Margaret and five brothers, Luther, Ralph, Eugene, Russell and Albert.
