Mrs.T.C. Merwin was summoned to Lonoke Sunday to attend the bedside of the infant son of Mr. & Mrs.E.E. Bomar, the later her daughter. The little fellow had been unwell several days, and on Saturday the nurse gave him a dose of carbolic acid, mistaking it for paragoric. He lingered until Monday, when death releaved his sufferings. The remains were conveyed to Marianna Wednesday and interred there.
