Annie F. Avin
Annie Faye Avin, 68, of Collinsville, died Thursday, March 16, 2006, at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville.
She was born in Statesboro, Ga., on June 8, 1937, to Allen Bolton and Lottie Neeley Bolton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, William L. "Sam" Avin Jr.; and a brother, Bobby Finch.
She was assistant manager of Kentucky Fried Chicken and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith "Judy" Avin Witt of Bassett and Ellen Parker Stephens of Bluffton, S.C.; a sister, Dottie Bolton Robinson of Rincon, Ga.; a brother, Julian Finch of Gayton, Ga.; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Norris Funeral Services chapel with Minister Tim Wood and the Rev. Bonny Lee Witt officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Burial Park.
