Alvin K. Bollinger, 95, of 1307 Lincoln Road, Lititz, died Tuesday at Ephrata Community Hospital after a brief illness.
He had lived at Fairmount Homes, Ephrata, since July.
He had been self employed as a dairy farmer. A member of Middle Creek Church of the Brethren, Bollinger had served as a church deacon and was a member of the Sunday school class.
He also was a former member of Ephrata Young Farmers. He was the husband of May E. Smith Bollinger, who died in 1980.
Born in Clay Township, he was a son of the late Benjamin B. and Ella Kryder Bollinger.
Surviving are three sons, Galen S., husband of Anna Mary Nolt Bollinger of Fredericksburg R1, Ralph S., husband of Mildred H. Eshleman Bollinger of Manheim, and Paul S., husband of Evelyn M. Zimmerman Bollinger of Leola; a daughter, Joanne S., wife of Raymond S. Musselman of Myerstown; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Anna Horst of Farmersville, and Mary, wife of David Butzer of Akron.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Elmer, Benjamin, Edward and Ira; and a sister, Emma Wise.
