Jean Elizabeth Bollinger, 86, of Lititz, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2012.
Born in Mount Joy Township, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Bernhard) Breneman and was the wife of the late Warren Bollinger.
A member of Middle Creek Church of the Brethren, Jean served as a lifelong Deacon. She was member of Gideon's International. Jean was also a member of Ephrata Area Young Farmers. She enjoyed selling produce in her younger years and helped on the family farm.
She is survived by two sons Daryl L., husband of Sandra (Patches) Bollinger of Lititz; and Gary L. husband of Valerie (Kallestad) Bollinger of Northfield, MN; two daughters Sheryl A., wife of Kirby L. Horst of Newmanstown and Kay L., wife of Brian W. Hershey of Mountville; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Monday, January 30, 7 to 9 pm at the Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Avenue, Ephrata. A viewing will also be held on Tuesday, from 9 to 10 am at the Middle Creek Church of the Brethren, 351 Middle Creek Road, Lititz, followed by the funeral service at 10 am with Reverend John Hess and Reverend Paul Brubaker officiating. Burial will take place in the adjoining church cemetery
Jean's family and friends will miss her beautiful smile, and her kind and quiet spirit.
