On Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Virginia Hospital Center; wife of the late Ralph H. Stowe, Sr.; mother of Sharon I. Stowe and Ralph H. Stowe, Jr. also survived by a daughter-in-law, Cynthia L. Stowe and a granddaughter Brittney N. Stowe; and several nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA on Sunday, November 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be held on Monday, November 16 11 a.m. at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, 1500 No. Glebe Rd., Arlington, VA. Interment Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
