Eileen Armstrong Boll, 90, of Columbus, died at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mrs. Boll graduated from Mount Auburn High School in Shelby County and was employed in her early years at Reeves Auto Company and Noblitt-Sparks in the purchasing department. She also helped her husband Marshall on the farm and was a homemaker
She was a past member of Bartholomew County Hospital Auxiliary and Bartholomew County Chapter of the American Red Cross and was a lifetime member of Bartholomew County Historical Society. She also was a member of First Christian Church.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street with Dan Wallace officiating. Calling will be Saturday from 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Born in Attica Oct. 24, 1922, Mrs. Boll was the daughter of Samuel and Edna Vanest Armstrong. She married W. Marshall Boll Aug. 10, 1947, at First Christian Church, with T.K. Smith officiating.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Heather C. (Ryan) Webster; great-grandchildren, Braydon and Mallory Webster, all of Pendleton; three nieces and seven nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on Jan. 10. 2009; a son, David Wayne Boll, on Nov. 4, 1983; brothers, Donald and Arthur Armstrong; and a sister, Norma Jean Breen.
