The Weekly Calistogan June 5, 1908

Death of Mrs. E.A. Boles, Jr.

Mrs. E.A. Boles, Jr., died at 1:10 o'clock this morning at her home on Main street after a lingering illness, death being due to commotion. Mrs. Boles had been in poor health for many months and gradually grew worse each day until death relieved her of her sufferings and came as a great blessing.

Mrs. Boles was a native of Missouri and aged 31 years and 9 months. She was married a little over two years ago to Emery A. Boles Jr. and their union was blessed by one child, Doras, a little girl now fen months old.

The deceased was an industrious woman, of kindly disposition and has a great many friends who will be sorry to learn of her untimely demise. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Methodist church, Rev. J.C. Garth of the Baptist church of Napa officiating, and interment will be Made in Calistoga cemetery.

1910 Federal Census indicates her husband is a widow. Her daughter Doris is 2. Can't locate Anna's death information - must be between daughter's birth in August 1907 and 1910.
