Madelon Boie Adler, 85, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 1988, in Portland.
Mrs. Adler was born in Minnesota to Hospice and Parmelia Boie. On Dec. 24, 1929, in Salem she married Dr. George Harold Adler. They moved to Klamath Falls that year.
She lived in this area intil 1962, after which she traveled extensively and lived in Portland.
Her husband, county coroner for 35 years, died in 1961.
Mrs. Adler was a member of the Nile Club, a Red Cross volunteer from 1941 to 1950 and a member of the klamath Medical Auxiliary from 1930 to 1960.
Survivors include her daughters, Madelon Petroff, Portland, and Sheila Browning, Glide; grandchildren, Dr. Mark Petroff, Birmingham, Ala.; Karen Ecklund, Portland; Paul Petroff, Los Agneles; Robert and Kevin Browning, Roseburg; and eight great-grandchildren.
