She married Vance Bohannon on May 6, 1972. Brenda was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband; two sons; one daughter; step-daughter; six grandchildren; four sisters; and two brothers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and granddaughter Cheyenne Bohannon.
Funeral services for Brenda Kay Bohannon, 53 of Skiatook, were held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Cornerstone Freewill Baptist Church, with Connie Cariker and Melvin Carl Long officiating.
Interment in Resthaven Cemetery in Sperry was under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home.
