Ara Bonnie (Walker) Bogle was born on February 2, 1898 in Cannon County, Tennessee, the daughter of Thomas Bethel Walker (1848–1919) and Mary Tennessee "Tennie" (Clark) Walker (1851–1923).

She was married on May 24, 1918 in Cannon County to Clyde Leburn "Lee" Bogle (1897-1947), the son of John Wesley Bogle (1862–1928) and Martha Frances "Ola" (Powell) Bogle (1871–1908). [NOTE: Clyde's Death Certificate has his birth year as 1896, but on his World War I Draft Registration Card he gave his year of birth as 1897.]

A seamstress for Korman Manufacturing Company and living at 1710 Primrose Avenue, Nashville, Ara was 44 years old when she died at home on September 29, 1942 of cervical cancer. Burial was on October 1st in Salem Cemetery at Liberty.
