Son to Paschal Parham 'Pack' and Christina White Bogan. The Pack Bogan family moved from Union County South Carolina first to Atlanta, Georgia then to Hazel Valley just prior to Arnett's birth. There the Bogans joined Pack's brother, Dr. Charles P. Bogan who had moved to Washington Co in 1869. Arnett was one of ten children. He was married first of Laura Della Mason in 1899, then to Ella Jones in 1905. Following Ella's death in 1911 he married Cordelia Clark in 1914. Cordelia and Arnett parented two children, Carolyn and Charles. Mrs Ruth Brazelton was the child from Arnett's first marriage.
