BOETTCHER--Death - Edward Boettcher, 69, died Monday night at Behlen Memorial Hospital. Arrangements are pending at Gass-Haney Funeral Home.

BOETTCHER--Edward Boettcher funeral Thursday
Funeral rites for Edward J. Boettcher, 69, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Gass-Haney Funeral Chapel, with burial in Columbus Cemetery.
His body lies in state at the funeral chapel.
Mr. Boettcher, who had been living at Genoa, was a former mechanic for Rogers Motor Company.
He was born Feb. 18, 1902 in Platte County to Albert J. and Lena Hoge Boettcher, and attended Platte County schools. He spent his lifetime in this community.
His wife, the former Marie Helen Barnes, died in 1965.
Surviving are three children by a previous marriage, Mrs. E.W. Walsh of El Paso, Tex., Charles E. of Ada, Okla., William K. of Fort Collins, Colo.; 11 grandchildren; two sisters, Olga and Alma of Columbus.
His parents and an infant brother preceded him in death.

BOETTCHER--Boettcher Rites - Services for Edward J. Boettcher, 69, who died Monday, were conducted by Rev. David Yochum at Gass-Haey Funeral Chapel Thursday afternoon. Pallbearers were Arnold Boettcher, John Gertsch, Clarence Ernst, Alfred Wurdeman, Alfred Lusche and Herb Engel. Burial was in Columbus Cemetery.
