Esther H. Bradley of Eugene died June 19 of cancer. She was 88.

Bradley was born March 22, 1911, in Marquette, Neb., to Thorald and Olga Hansen. She married F. Winther Bodtker on Feb. 3, 1933. He died in 1964. She married John Bradley on Nov. 25, 1965. He died in 1997.

Bradley worked in insurance sales for Lincoln Life and enjoyed sewing, golfing, playing cards and gambling. She was a member of the Eagles.

Survivors include a daughter, Joy Klobas of Eugene; a brother, August Hansen of Marquette; a sister, Edna Christensen of Aurora, Neb.; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday at West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene. Saturday's service will be at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Eugene.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
