| Birth: | Dec. 18, 1896 | | Death: | Nov. 9, 1966 |  Nov.9,1966-Funeral services for Mrs.Claudine Hine Bobo, 69, who died Wednesday afternoon in Lafayette, La., will be held in Stevens Funeral Home on Friday. Rev.J.William Watson will conduct the services. Burial will be in Forrest Park Cemetery. A native of Lee county, she was born Dec.18,1896, at Clay Hill, the daughter of Mrs.Nannie Julia Lindsey Hine and Clarence Rice Hine. She spent her childhood here, then attended Galloway College at Searcy. She was a member of the Methodist Church. In 1923, she married W.Herchell Bobo. They lived in Jackson and Hattiesburg, Miss., for many years before moving to Lafayette 15 years ago. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs.E.T.Claggett of Easton, Md., and Mrs.Noble Smith of Jackson, Miss.; three brothers, Jim Hine of Winter Garden, Fla., Homer Hine of Philadelphia, Pa., and Clarence Hine Jr. of Utica, Miss.; six sisters, Mrs.Freeman Irby of Little Rock, Mrs.R.H.Taylor of Seoul, Korea, Mrs.Woodrow Castleberry of Memphis, Mrs.Joe Glenn Jr. of Memphis, and Miss Virginia Hine of Forrest City; and six grandchildren.
