Josephine White Bobo, 84, a homemaker and a resident of Shelbyville, died Sunday, February 11, 2001, at the Bedford County Medical Center after an extended illness. She was a native of Lincoln County, the daughter of the late Alvin and Mattie Lane White and the wife of the late W. Reese Bobo, who died in 1976. A son, Billy Joe Bobo, also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Pleasant grove FCE Club and a member of Bedford Church of Christ. Survivors include a son, Ronnie Bobo of Nolensville; a sister, Joyce Henderson of Shelbyville; sex grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Roger Bobo officiating. Interment followed in Lynchburg Cemetery.
